When My Blinders Come Off

The start to my day begins…in bed…with my eye mask on! As a light sleeper, I wake to the first glimpse of light, peeking between the cracks in the curtains, and so I try to trick my body into a longer rest through the use of an eye mask. It doesn’t always work, and pretty soon the evidence wins out. Generally speaking, I think the “ought to’s” of life are remarkably clear and simple. If we’re honest with ourselves, we know the next step we ought to take.
